Description

I created this healing meditation for lightworkers and old souls who are feeling burnt out, exhausted, or simply want to bring more self-compassion into their day. Take a moment to sit with your emotions in a safe space, release heavy energies, and reconnect with your heart.

✨ What You’ll Experience:

  • A grounding breathing exercise to release tension
  • Visualization of healing light flowing through your body
  • Gentle affirmations to nurture self-love and worthiness through life’s ebb and flow
  • Space to receive guidance from your Higher Self and Spirit Guides

    Audio Length : 13:20 min

How to Download Your Purchased MP3:

  1. Complete the checkout process.
  2. In your “order confirmation” page, find the “Downloads” section. Your purchased item(s) will be listed below that line.
  3. Alternatively, you can use the download link we immediately send to your email address after checkout. If you can’t see the email within a few minutes after purchasing, please check your spam folder as it may have been inadvertently filtered into there by your email provider.

Two Download Methods:

Method 1:

  1. Left-click on the MP3 name, and a pop-up window in your browser will appear, asking what to do with the file.
