This is not a strictly linear course, it’s a learning & healing cocoon. I’m also neurodivergent so I definitely created this with us in mind!! Pick what you need! As I go deeper in my own practice, I bring it back to you. I regularly add new videos, audio activations, mini workshops, and ebooks.
