“Flow Into Bliss” was born as a way to support each other during our natural ebbs and flows. It’s an affirmation and celebration of our wonderful, unlimited selves, no matter where we are at in life, in our “progress” towards certain goals, even during shocking events and the unpredictability of the world.
It’s important to reconnect what nourishes our Spirit, so we can participate in Life again with more clarity and intention 💗
Every Wednesday and Sunday (starting June 7th – 8am Pac / 10am Central/11amEST/ 3pm GMT), we will meet via Zoom to practice gentle movement, energy work and meditation. Sessions are 30 min. This is a 5 week experience (10 sessions), with room for expansion, if there’s interest! 😊

Important FAQ
I’m not very flexible, is this ok for me?
Of course! Being flexible or having previous experience is not needed.
The movements I show you are invitations to facilitate your energy flow and emotional processing, as well as releasing physical tension and stress. We are not seeking “perfect poses” or vigorous effort. We will start doing some chair-assisted or wall-assisted exercises, and based on the participants’ feedback, we will move onto the mat. Remember, it’s your practice. Do what feels good for “you”! And always, listen to your body.
What do I need for the sessions?
A sturdy chair without handles and/or yoga mat or rug. I also suggest you bring pillows or blankets (for sensitive knees or wrists), incense, candles, your animal companions…make your space very cozy!!🌿
