During your booked time, you can reach out anytime, and I’ll reply during my work hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm Lima time (GMT-5), and as promptly as possible outside that window. You don’t need to worry about scheduled calls that might feel limiting or leave things unsaid. You can message freely, share pics, videos, etc. I match your energy!Â

✨ How soon can we begin?
Once you purchase your package, I’ll be in touch to choose a start date together, usually within the same week.
✨ How does payment work?
You’ll pay the full amount when you book your spot through my online shop. If needed, splitting the payment may be possible in some cases—just reach out, and we can find a solution together!
✨I have a different currency / financial limitations but I want to work with you.

✨ How many messages can I send?
As many as you need. This is your space to be supported—whether you prefer quick, frequent check-ins or deeper, more reflective conversations. I’ll meet you where you are and respond to all that you share. 💌 You’re welcome to send voice messages, images, screenshots, videos, links.
✨ How fast will you reply?
During my working hours, I’ll respond as soon as I can with thoughtful replies. I value depth over speed—but know that during your container, you are my priority!
✨ Will we speak live too?
This coaching is designed with neurodivergent and busy lives in mind—creatives, parents, caregivers, and anyone who prefers spontaneous bursts of connection rather than scheduled calls that may induce anxiety on some people or leave things unsaid. But if you feel a call would be most beneficial, let me know, and if our timezones match, we can meet live!
✨ How will you respond to my messages?
I’ll usually mirror your preferred communication style. If you send voice notes, I’ll reply in kind. If you write, I’ll write back. I may shift formats if it helps me respond with more clarity, but you can always let me know what works best for you.
✨ Can I cancel or re-schedule my access time?
You’re welcome to change your start date with at least 12 hours’ notice. Due to regulations in my country, I’m unable to offer refunds. Please make sure you’re comfortable with this policy before booking. I understand that life happens, so you can pause your coaching and resume it within 15 days of your purchase date.
