Law of Assumption EFT – Become a Master Manifestor
Lately, I’ve been revisiting my roots: the Law of Attraction and the Law of Assumption, which I first discovered in high school. Back then, these principles helped me manifest perfect grades and achieve the equivalent of a valedictorian award in my school! (even though I was undiagnosed with ADHD and living in very challenging circumstances)
What is the Law of Assumption?
The Law of Assumption is the powerful principle that what you assume to be true becomes your reality. By believing in your desired outcome with absolute conviction, you align with its manifestation. Your assumptions shape your world!
Assume the Feeling of the Wish Fulfilled
To manifest, feel as if your desire is already fulfilled. Embody the emotions, sensations, and confidence you would have if your wish had already come true.
Thoughts Create Reality
Your thoughts and beliefs are the seeds of your experience. Persistent assumptions, whether positive or negative, will manifest in your life.
Living in the End Result
Act as though your desire is already fulfilled. Walk in the certainty of your assumption, not in doubt.
Trust the Process & Persist
The Law of Assumption requires trust and persistence. Remain faithful to your assumptions, even if external evidence doesn’t yet reflect them. Your persistence will turn assumptions into facts. Trust the universe’s timing.
The Art of Neutrality and Non-Attachment
True mastery of manifestation lies in cultivating inner peace and self-love as your foundation. When you prioritize these states, you align with the essence of what you desire without needing external validation to feel whole. This inner harmony is the key to living in the end state.
Neutrality and non-attachment mean you’re no longer desperately seeking or clinging to your desires. Instead, you embody the calm certainty that what you want is already yours. For example, if you’re manifesting love, instead of fixating on finding a partner, you radiate love for yourself and your life as it is now. This makes you a magnet for the love you wish to experience.
The beautiful paradox of manifestation is that when it arrives, it doesn’t feel like a life-altering event—it feels natural. Why? Because you’ve already been living in alignment with that reality. For example:
- If you’re manifesting financial abundance, you may already feel secure, confident, and grateful of what you already have, so when big money flows in, it simply feels like an extension of the wealth mindset you’ve cultivated.
- If you’re manifesting a dream home, you may already embody the serenity, security, and energy of someone who feels at Home with Oneself, so when it becomes your reality, it feels completely natural and effortless.
