What can I expect from a session with Ro?

Soul Coaching Package: These sessions offer a comprehensive approach by combining all my metaphysical tools to support you. Channeling: When I do a Channeling, I enter a light “trance”. I serve as a conduit of my guides. They speak “through” me in a particular tone you will distinguish from my usual “voice” (written or spoken). Channelings are great for a big picture assessment of your life, deeper existential questions, past lives, soul bonds and similar curiosities.

EFT Tapping (included in Coaching) A powerful and immersive reprogramming, for body, mind and spirit!!! The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) helps you release emotional blockages and find relief from stress, anxiety, and deeply transform your beliefs to change your life.

Here I guide you through tapping on specific meridian points, addressing your concerns and emotions. EFT is also wonderful for infusing your energy with positive affirmations! You’ll be surrounded by joy, bliss, and excitement, and you’ll feel uplifted and renewed after each session. What do I need to do to have a great experience?

Relax, trust yourself! I am thankful you chose me as your guide in this adventure. Be open and willing to receive the love and messages from Spirit. That will be more than enough! 🧙

How long is the wait time?

E-mail sessions are delivered in 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday). Any delay might mean I’m handling something urgent, but I will always contact you in case that happens. Your patience during those rare instances would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

Live online sessions can be scheduled up to 20 days in advance.

Do I need to be present for the email sessions?
No, you don’t.

How long are the E-mail Sessions?

It depends a lot on the nature of the question and the input of my Guides (if requesting a Channeling). Some answers will be shorter, others a bit longer and more elaborate. Neither is better than the other. To guarantee a satisfactory answer, please be thorough in the formulation of your question. Give us all the necessary context. The level of depth in your question ensures the level of depth in the answers. ✨

Do you offer individual coaching sessions?
I currently don’t offer single coaching sessions. Over time, I realized that these don’t allow enough space for the deep, integrated work that truly supports my clients.

The coaching containers I offer (1 week or 1 month) will help you experience nuanced transformation, This format lets us move intentionally, build safety and trust, go into the root cause of issues and create changes that last beyond our time together.

That said, I do offer e-mail Channelings in case you have specific inquiries that can be answered by Spirit. Check out my shop!

How can you give me a session over the internet? Isn’t in person better?

Energy is unlimited, omnipresent and eternal. And we are all interconnected. When we do spiritual work, we tap into this vast pool of love, truth and beauty. That’s why an online reading can be equally effective as a face-to-face session. Bonus: You will receive the good mojo in the comfort of your couch and pajamas!! 😌

Are my sessions confidential?

Absolutely. I treasure your privacy with great care and responsibility. I currently use the app Signal for better flow of communication and privacy. It’s up to you to share the content of your sessions. If you choose, you may allow me to share snippets on my website/social for teaching purposes and to help others who may be going through something similar as you. I will always change your name to respect your privacy.

Can I have my session in a language other than English?

Yes! I am a native Spanish speaker.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Paypal and Xoom transfers.

Can you connect with my deceased loved ones / animal companions?

I don’t do mediumship professionally. Please seek a reputable medium if you wish to connect with the other side. Though on very few occasions, I may get a message from a Spirit Guide that serves as an intermediary between the departed. But there is no guarantee.

Will you tell me if something bad is going to happen?

I will never make fear-based suggestions, definite statements or urgent claims of doom and gloom. There are millions of probabilities stemming from one single choice, and nothing is set in stone. You have the power to change your life and be the master your destiny. Rest assured I will gently guide you into finding your own truth. I don’t tell you what to do, I show you the landscape of energies and choices. My style is inspirational and solution-focused!

Do you remove curses?

I do not remove curses because I don’t believe in them. They are for the most part “thought forms” generated by human beings in states of fear, hatred, constriction, scarcity and trauma, that can feel heavy for sensitives and intuitives who pick up on these energies. At the same time, some unethical practitioners talk about “curses” as a fear-based mechanism to manipulate, coerce or scam people. Be wary of those who insist on removing a “curse in your ancestral lineage” for $1000. Block them, and move on!

What is the color of the t-shirt I’m wearing?

I am aware some people want validation and “proof” that my abilities are real and I totally understand that. But I don’t know the color of your t-shirt or how many lamps are in your bedroom. I am a channel, a conduit of energies. I can’t read minds, nor I intend to. Why don’t spirit guides tell you the answers?  Our Guides don’t see with human eyes. An approximate explanation is that they “perceive” us and the physical plane as energy waves and threads of Light, rather than the denser model we perceive. Guides are unable to “see” in real time the details of our daily lives.

Do you believe in God?

I love this question! Yes and no. I don’t believe in the old man in the sky thing. I believe that we are all Source, Infinite Consciousness, Unconditional Love, Cosmic Unity, Tao/The Way, experiencing itself. You can call that however you like. I also believe we all have our own personal “little god”, which is our Higher Self/Essence.

Why do you charge for your spiritual services?

Just like you, I need to buy food, pay bills and live in this modern world! Spiritual work is work like any other else. My time and energy are valuable. I love what I do, and I’m pretty good at it. I’ve invested my own time and resources into studying, practicing and refining my abilities for thousands of hours. Some practitioners offer free readings because they have other jobs that support them. This, however, is my full-time path. Maybe one day we’ll live in a post-capitalist world where resources flow freely and money’s no longer needed — but until then (or until I figure out a good barter system!), I ask for fair compensation so I can keep doing this work sustainably and reach more people 💗

I’m in a situation where I can’t pay for a session, but I really want to work with you. What can I do?

Please write to me and we can come up with something that works for you, like a discounted rate or a payment plan. Additionally, you can check out all the free stuff I share on YouTube and TikTok! Make sure to subscribe to my channel and activate the notifications, so you don’t miss new videos and livestreams. Sometimes I do public channelings and readings there. Be kind and courteous and wait for the special segment to ask questions in the chat. Keep in mind, these readings are public and touch more general subjects, but they are packed with insight and will point you in the right direction!

Can I Gift a session with Ro?

Absolutely! First, make sure your recipient is open and willing to receive spiritual guidance/healing. This is super important! Second, contact me to purchase the Gift Certificate. You can then send this to your recipient. 💗 Thank you for caring about your friend so much!!

How long have you been doing spiritual work?

I’ve always been attuned to spirit, to different degrees throughout my life. I had a “dark night of the soul” from 2012-2014 which healed me and helped me remember my intention and purpose. I officially became a certified energy healer in 2015. I began to offer occasional sessions in 2018. I finished my Psychology studies at university (PUCP – Lima, Peru) in 2019. In 2020 I started channeling my Spirit Guides more fluidly. My Love and Soul project officially took off in 2020 too 😊

Am I Intuitive/Psychic/Channel? How do I know?

Yes you are! As part of Source, as a tiny fragment of the All-knowing Presence and Cosmic Love, we are gifted with the same powers. We are inherently intuitive and psychic, just as we are mobile beings with eyes and hands. The activation of psychic gifts can be biologically sparked a from an early age, prompted by important life events, or chosen consciously and intentionally. Often is a combination. It’s up to us to develop our abilities, like training our bodies at the gym. The most important thing is self-confidence and practice, practice, practice!! There is no end point to this fantastic learning adventure!

I’m starting out as an intuitive / psychic / channel. Can you give me any advice?

Congrats!! I’m glad you’re embarking on this very rewarding journey. Every situation is different, so I can’t give you specific words. But what works for everyone:

Regulate your nervous system via breathwork, somatic movement, yoga.
Practice sitting in meditation to “clear” your inner space (artistic and moving meditations work too)
Create moments of calm and stillness where you find your own voice and start receiving nudges from Spirit.

Trust yourself, cultivate patience, discipline and perseverance. And don’t forget to rest and play. Seek good teachers, read a lot, get to know yourself. Some days will be better than others. Sometimes you will feel like giving up or questioning if everything is a figment of your imagination. But push through it! Begin to offer readings to trusted friends or participate in groups, be willing to receive feedback, and that will boost your confidence! You are amazing. You got this. The world needs you doing what you love!
