To make the best use of your session time, I recommend writing down your most important questions beforehand. Focus on 1–3 specific questions per session at most — this keeps the energy focused and also leaves room for the reading to breathe and go where it needs to go.
For questions on past lives, please book a Past Life Reading. It requires more focused energy and preparation on my part — so I ask that you save those questions for a dedicated session.
While I’m channeling, you’re welcome to interject or redirect what’s coming through. The session is a conversation!! My guides will also let you know if a question works best when slightly reframed, so we can get to the heart of what you’re truly seeking.
