Who are my Spirit Guides?

This is a question I am often asked, and there are a few ways of answering it!
First of all, I have a “personal team” of spirit guides that have connected/worked/played with me since I was born (and even before that!). I affectionately call them “my besties”. They watch over me in a “guardian angel” kind of fashion. They also intervene when I am anxious or afraid by gently reminding me of what is good in my life, pointing me towards ‘signs’, synchronicities and serendipities, and helping me be at the right place at the right time! You could say they manage the astral or metaphysical “behind the scenes” of my life so I can focus actually on living “here and now” in the physical and mundane world. I love their warmth and sense of humor!! Our guides, as energy beings, do not require “names”, offerings, or rituals to be contacted; our simple thoughts and intentions suffice. My guides invited “me” to name them, so I intuitively chose the names Firdaus and Lumnia — which happened to actually be their names when they were incarnated as humans.

I have more guides in my personal team (did you know each of us typically has around 4-12 “personal guides”?). However, I haven’t given them specific names; I simply feel their presence and cherish them deeply! Their energies blend together harmoniously, so now I usually don’t need to feel a distinction or separation between myself and them anymore.

I also have my team of “Astral Healers”. They have been doctors, oracles, shamans, sybills, psychics, witches, and energy facilitators with plenty of wisdom collected through their incarnations on Earth and even other planets!! I call them when I do my self-healing practice, or facilitating an energy healing session, or soul mentoring. They also help me when I’m feeling under the weather or down with a cold or another ailment. Some of them are also known by many as “ascended masters” (I don’t like that term too much, to be honest) ~ the most prominent being Lilith, Archangel Michael, Quan Yin and Saint Germain. I call upon them for help in different areas of my life, as healing unworthiness and shame, loving myself and stepping into my power, eloquence, expressiveness, sensuality and more!!

In the past decade, as my interest in fitness and healthy living has grown, my A-team has welcomed new members, including a few actual Olympians from ancient times! How amazing is that? I’m delighted to have them with me during my workouts, or whenever I need extra motivation to prepare a complete and nutritious meal for myself (ADHDer here!).

I also connect with a Causal Plane entity known as The Michael Entity! (no, not the archangel!)
They represent a collective of souls, unified as a single consciousness. Having completed their individual journeys through the Physical Plane, they now speak as a cohesive voice. I “found” them “again” in 2014/2015 after my “awakening”, and since then, my life has been enriched so much thanks to their philosophy. I’ve been a student and Channel for them in many lifetimes before this one, like the time I was an oracle in Dodona!

They are called Michael because “Michael” was the name of their most recent member to complete their earthly cycle of lives and reunite with the rest of his entity in the Astral Plane, and later, the Causal. We refer to them interchangeably as The Michaels, Michael, Michel, The Ms, or M.

According to Michael, we are here to “Learn how to choose, and choose how to Learn”
The Power of Choice is a key theme in their teachings, as every choice leads to experiences and evolution. While there are no inherently “bad” choices, our evolving awareness tends towards choices fostering love, kindness, acceptance, and growth (instead of greed, hatred, war… you name it! ~ but rest assured, the evolutionary arc always bends towards Love!)

The Ms teach about understanding oneself and others better, developing empathy and compassion, and living authentically in alignment with one’s true nature and purpose.

They emphasize the purpose of life as life itself, originating from a source known as Tao (Everything/The Way). Every experience holds meaning, contributing to our learning and evolution towards more conscious and loving paths.

They also share the concept of Soul Age, with each soul or “Essence” traversing seven stages of maturity across lifetimes (Infant, Baby, Young, Mature and Old). This is not meant to be a “hierarchy” where older souls are “better” than others, but Soul Ages simply describe a natural progression and expansion of consciousness. Souls choose fundamental roles and balances of focused and creative energy, shaping their experiences. These roles are Server, Artisan, Warrior, Scholar, Sage, Priest and King (these names are symbolic, used for convenience, and intended without any bias or prejudice). Additionally, the teachings delve into concepts such as Essence Overleaves (the “map of your soul” or how your Personality is “designed”) karma, reincarnation, parallel lives, Soul Agreements, Pillars of Vitality, etc.

Each lifetime involves collaboration between Essence (Soul) and Personality, with the latter imbued with Goals, Modes, Attitudes, Centers, and Fears. Understanding one’s Essence and Personality enhances our capacity to navigate the world in more wholesome and joyful ways!

M avoids the term “God,” instead using “Tao” to represent the shared source of existence. This choice allows for a broader perspective, beyond predefined limitations or personifications.
