You’re fucking worthy!: musings on our Inherent Value as Souls

many of us go through life thinking we need to “earn” our place here.

We need to earn our right to exist.

We need to deserve to be loved.

And how are we taught to do this?

By being active and productive,

by “doing” more and more and more,

tirelessly climbing the work ladder,

achieving things,

being successful, good-looking, extroverted, engaged, social…

It never feels enough, right?

This world can be so harsh and demanding

on us sensitives, empaths, intutives, “old souls”,

people with “one foot on two worlds”

Maybe you’ve asked yourself,

Do I matter?

Am I meaningful?

should I’ve been born 50 years before,

or in 200 to come?

Am I living up to my potential?

Am I truly needed and wanted here?

Can my unique sensibilities

be appreciated and nurtured here and now?

If you ever had self-deprecating and undermining thoughts

about you being alive at this time and age,

or if you are “worthy”, whatever it entails to you…

please consider this:

All ideas of “worth” and “being deserving” are just outdated notions from past, unconscious times.

You are are not a lifeless object nor product. You are a human BEING:

And I say, you are not “worthy” and you are not “deserving” of love,

because you already are Everything.

You are Love and Life itself.

And they are beyond notions of worth and materialistic value.

Look at your cells, your skin, your eyes, your hair, feel your breath and heartbeat,

truly feel the pulsation of Life you are,

and tell me…

aren’t you a cosmic miracle, inherently valuable and valid of Love, safety, abundance and care?

See your abilities, your creations, achievements…

Don’t label them small nor big.

Realize they ARE.

They exist. They are real.

And you ARE. ALL. THAT.

Isn’t it beautiful?

What a relief to reclaim and appreciate all of You without measuring it against others’ standards.

Take a deep breath, and pay attention to yourself.

Can you feel the Love and Creativity YOU ARE, taking multiple forms each day?

Can you feel yourself as a Dance of Creation and Destruction, Beauty and Chaos, from micro to macro levels?

Maybe you don’t have to “prove yourself”.

Maybe you don’t need to “earn” or “deserve” anything,

even if the world furiously yells out you do.

Your very existance is meaningful, important and necessary.

Maybe you just have to live day by day and be true to yourself.

To the You of this very moment.

Abundance will come to you.

Love will dance its way towards you.

Joy will surround you like an ever-flowing cascade of Light.

Because that’s the nature of Reality.

Just as birds and millions of living creatures find food and refugee every day,

why wouldn’t you also be able to fulfill your needs and heart’s wishes?

Realize Abundance is your birthright, and so is joy, and all the good things in Life.

You can always choose to remember your true infinite nature,

no matter how young our old you are,

you can remember how to act from your ancient inner wisdom.

When you truly let yourself EXIST without attaching the outcome of your actions to an imaginary scoring rubric,

even concepts of “being enough” will vanish away.

You will be You. Consciously and passionately.

Then, you will create from Freedom.

You’ll create purely out of Love and Trust.

I know it can be hard to internalize and apply this when all your surroundings and society bombard you with the opposite, all the “shoulds”, doubts, restrictions and impositions…

but that’s why people like you and me are here, to support one another in this journey!!

To keep re-remembering each other’s eternal validity and value,

to love ourselves and one another so deeply,

that all our “broken” pieces fit back together.

These are my humble thoughts for today, my friend.
